International Vocal Biomarkers Conference Registration

Luxembourg - 29/30 June 2026

The International Vocal Biomarkers Conference marks the first official Annual Meeting of eVoiceNet (COST Action CA24128), taking place on 29–30 June 2026 in Luxembourg, followed by a Training School on 1 July 2026. This International Vocal Biomarkers Conference will convene clinicians, artificial intelligence specialists, speech and signal processing researchers, data protection experts, regulators, industry stakeholders, investors and patient organisations. 

Please carefully follow the submission guidelines below when preparing your abstract.

  • Presenting author’s contact details:
    • Full first and family name(s)
    • Email address
    • Affiliation details: department, institution/hospital, city, state (if relevant), country
    • Phone number
  • Author and co-authors’ details
  • Abstract title – must be in UPPER CASE and limited to 25 words. Please submit symbols as words.
  • Abstract text – limited to 250 words including acknowledgments. (Please note: word count is affected when graphs/tables are included).
  • Abstract topic – select the abstract topic from the list below:
    • Research, Data, and Methodology for Vocal Biomarker Development and Validation
    • Open-Source Data and Software for Voice Analysis
    • Ethics, Data Protection, Security, and Privacy in Voice-Based Health Technologies
    • Translational Research and Go-to-Market Strategies for Vocal Biomarkers
  • Images and tables – if applicable, please include figures or images in the same document as the abstract text. A maximum of one table or one figure per abstract is allowed.
  • Abstract structure – abstracts should clearly state:
    • Background and aims
    • Methods
    • Results
    • Conclusions
  • Abbreviations – use only standard abbreviations. Place special or unusual abbreviations in parentheses after the full word the first time it appears.
  • Confidentiality – submissions may not contain patient identifying information.
  • Duplicate submissions – please do not submit multiple copies of the same abstract.
  • Submission limit – a maximum of two abstract submissions per presenting author is allowed.
