Call opening on 15 April 2026
Dissemination Conference Grants support COST Action participants in presenting the work and results of eVoiceNet at high-level international conferences organised by third parties. These grants are specifically intended for oral presentations that showcase the outcomes and activities developed within the Action.
By enabling participation in conferences worldwide, this scheme aims to increase the visibility, impact, and outreach of eVoiceNet within the scientific community and beyond.
Purpose and scope
These grants are designed to promote the dissemination of eVoiceNet results to a broader audience, including researchers, stakeholders, and potential end-users. They also provide an opportunity to strengthen the Action’s presence internationally, attract new participants, and foster future collaborations.
Presentations must clearly reflect the work carried out within the Action and align with its core research areas, including data and methodology standardisation, open resources, ethical and privacy aspects, translational research, and dissemination.
Eligibility
The call is open to COST Action participants affiliated with institutions in COST Full Member, Cooperating Member, or Near Neighbour Countries.
Applicants must deliver an oral presentation directly related to eVoiceNet activities and be included in the official conference programme. Both the conference and the application must take place within the same Grant Period.
Financial support
The grant provides a contribution towards travel, accommodation, subsistence, and conference registration fees.
For this Action, funding is limited to in-person participation, with a maximum amount of €1,200 per grant. As with all COST grants, this support is partial and reimbursement is made only after the conference and approval of the final report.
Application and evaluation
Applications must be submitted via the COST e-Services platform and should clearly describe how the presentation contributes to the visibility and dissemination of eVoiceNet.

Conferences must take place before 30 September 2026, and reports must be submitted shortly after participation.
